As you begin this new chapter, I want to express my deepest appreciation for everything you’ve done—not only for CAE, but for me personally. Working alongside you has been one of the true privileges of my career. Your leadership, wisdom, and calming steadiness have shaped countless decisions, guided major milestones, and elevated all of us who were fortunate enough to learn from you.
From our early efforts in Asia to the complex, high‑stakes campaigns in the Middle East, you were always the one who inspired confidence. You showed us how to think strategically, act decisively, and represent CAE with integrity and pride. Every project we tackled together was an opportunity to learn—not just about business development or sales—but about how to build trust, navigate challenges, and lead with purpose.
What stands out most is the impact you’ve had on people. You taught by example: patient, insightful, and always willing to lend your time, your guidance, or simply a listening ear. You pushed us to think bigger and to believe in what we could achieve. I’m grateful for every piece of advice, every discussion, every challenge, and every success we shared.
While CAE will feel different without you, the legacy you leave is woven into its culture, its global footprint, and the people you’ve shaped along the way. You’ve set a standard we will continue to follow.
