As you begin this next chapter of your life, I want to take a moment to celebrate you and reflect on the twenty‑five remarkable years we’ve worked side by side.
Your leadership, your guidance, and the way you have always believed in me and in your team have made such a lasting impact on all of us.
It has been a true privilege to work with you. Thank you for your contributions, both to me personally and to CAE. You have shaped our work, our growth, and the culture we are all so proud to be part of.
As you step into this next chapter, I hope you feel proud of everything you have accomplished.
