Happy retirement! The legacy you leave behind is a meaningful one. The company changed in important ways during your time here, and you were a true leader through that transformation.
Thank you for being such a generous mentor—for always having my back and for leading with care. I really valued working closely with you and feel genuinely privileged to have done so. I appreciated your trust and truly enjoyed challenging each other to get to the best outcome. I’ll carry with me what I learned from you about keeping things simple and always having fun.
On a personal note, I’ll never forget being in Amsterdam together when Covid hit—and I’ll admit I secretly hoped we might get stuck there and have to come back by private jet.
