Over the years, many of us have grown by learning from you. When I joined the civil team, I had the chance to work with a leader who is results‑driven, with sharp business instincts, and truly committed to developing people. Those lessons will stay with me.
Over the last few months, when I reported directly to you, I always felt your support—both in my development and in the ideas and decisions I brought forward. I would have gladly kept this boss‑employee relationship going for a few more months!
Wishing you all the very best in this next chapter — plenty of golf, precious time with your grandchildren, and many great rides in your cars. I’ll definitely miss seeing them early in the morning in the parking lot!
