I’ll never forget when I helped create your holiday card for our customers in Asia back in 2011, my very first corporate communications project with you. Later, stepping into the civil events role, I learned so much from your leadership. From early lobby meetings in Paris and the UK to briefing drivers on the nearest Starbucks, I valued every experience.
You had a unique ability to set clear expectations, apply just the right pressure, and hold everyone accountable. Watching you balance these elements taught me that leadership is about creating an environment where excellence becomes the standard and real business impact follows.
